Now, you know the programming is not like that easy as I said. But I can do this, because the skills you have asked for, I have all, I have knowledge of OOPS PHP and even I have developed my own MVC platform using OOPS, that is much similar to cake, but very light and faster and have more customization scopes, I have experience in websocket as I have built couple of real time chat application.
