Develop Wordpress plugin as extension to TablePress [or entirely New] Expected Functions:- 1) Admin can manually upload .csv or excel sheet. This is should be used as Database. 2) Any Public user visiting website will fill a form, Data from that form should be used to search from .csv or excel sheet that admin has uploaded. 3) This results should then be displayed on the webpage in table format with custom CSS. NOTE:- 1)You can use existing TablePress plugin and modify the code. 2)Custom offers [budget may increase depending upon functionality and simplicity that you have to offer] are accepted.
