I have past experience developing an application that ran on a virtual server which continuously retrived and processed data from Federal NOAA database. The process required parsing the data, translating the time and adding to a database. This seems similar to your description of need. I imagine that new data from the Federal database or new entries made in the client database would trigger a search for matches. I look forward to further discussion. Langston
