Develop CRM System (Starting From Existing Template)

I would like to start developing a CRM from this theme below: [login to view URL] This will not be a dedicated job as this will be paid out of pocket 100%. So it will be a drawn out development project as funds are available. I prefer freelancers and not companies as companies charge as much as I can pay a dedicated developer here in the united states. Additionally ALL projects in this project will be on a bidded project meaning that there is no hourly work available. If you are a new freelancer on this site with zero feedback then I will work with you still as I know you need feedback however for the first few projects the project will be awarded at the time of acceptance and then a milestone will be created when the project is completed and then released right away. Again this is just the first few projects while we establish a relationship. Also I WILL NOT release any fund in advanced of the project being completed due to being frauded in the past. Just cant do it. Hope you understand. Below are just a few projects: - Customer Module - Vendor Module - Accounting Module - Inventory Module - Magento Integration - Telephone Integration This are some of the larger projects. We will start out with small projects that can be done in a few hours. We will then grow them into larger projects. Finally****If you dont follow the below instructions then we will not do business together**** Please tell me your favorite color in a proposal at the time of bidding. This tells me that you have read my whole project description and that you take the time to understand what your reading. I need a freelancer that can follow instructions as there are lots of freelancers that bid without reading the description and it honestly just wastes alot of time.
