I want a software (database management information) which will have 7-8 data entry forms (e.g attandence form, charity collection form, etc) along with their reports (in Xls. Pdf.) to collect the data through volunteers through out the country. This software will have different users like admin, manager etc with different restrictions on them (to use and to view components of software). I want this software to be compatible with PCs, Smart phones & Tablets. I am looking for a time frame for the software development and a reasonable cost.
