I would ask that you look at the specification before making any bid - any obvious 'standard' responses normally posted are not considered by me at unless your bid interests me and proves you have actually looked at the specification. I need to develop an application - probably in Access/VBA to allow us to collect and edit daily news content and then format the text and finally output it to various file formats. This will be like a 'newspaper editor manager', but tailored for our needs. We produce various daily news bulletins which are sent to ships at sea via email. Ships normally do not access internet for general browsing as all communications has to be done over expensive satellite networks - email is allowed. We have various editions to suit nationalities of crews onboard, eg, UK, USA, India, Philippines, China, etc.. We produce up to 15 editions each day - but this may be increased in the future. We ask for bids from an experienced developer who is capable of doing this work. the attached file includes the full specification, and some sample documents to allow you to view what is needed.
