I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. We are a company that provides coin operated pool tables, soccer, air hockey and amusement machines to pubs, clubs and bars. Please note that this is for our use only, our clients will not see this, they will only receive emailed reports after collections are completed. We need a mobile responsive website that allows us to; - Enter in all our company information - Set up multiple venues with information on the venue including name, address, contact details - Set up multiple machines with information on the machine including machine type, serial number, - Be able to assign multiple machines to a venue. Then select the commission / and or rental amount per month - Schedule regular service / collections dates for each venue. These need to be recurring, but can be edited. - Calendar which can be viewed by day, month year, showing service jobs. - Be able to enter in the collection amounts for each machine within each venue - Run reports based on venue and machine, by collection or date range. These reports will need to show total collection amount and commission amount for us and clients.
