Create a web based tool to extract data from Amazon Seller Central via API

Hello everyone. We need a web based tool for a customer support rep to use for making calls to customer that purchase items from us via Amazon. The following items are necessary: 1.) Extract order information from Amazon and put it into a database - Customer name, customer phone number, customer address, item ordered, order date, delivered 2.) Website with the following pages: - Customer rep page - Manual reports page - Completed Calls - Admin page 3.) Page definition: - Customer rep page (Spreadsheet with the following information of delivered orders only) customer name customer phone number (click to call ability with X-lite VOIP software) customer address, item ordered "Complete" check mark box (moves record to completed calls page) "Did not answer 1" check mark box (puts at the end of the queue - time delay 2 days, & maintains check mark) "Did not answer 2" check mark box (puts at the end of the queue - time delay 2 days & maintains check mark) "Did not answer 3" check mark box (has same action as "complete") - Manual reports page Ability to run reports to extract data from the database with ranges (example: date, delivered, state, etc.) Export to .csv - Completed calls page Spreadsheet with all extracted information of marked completed calls - Admin page Ability to poll Amazon manually for orders by date Anything needed to administer the site that doesn't belong on the other three pages
