I need someone to create a very simple API system that allows API users to do the following:
create client (client ID, client name)
Create a user (the api call will provide their client ID and a user id )
Set user wallet ID (user ID, dogecoin wallet ID)
Add Dogecoin to the users balance (user ID, amount of Dogecoin)
Get users balance (user ID)
Withdraw balance to wallet ID (user ID, prevent withdrawl if no wallet ID is set)
