Create a simple time and expense reporting system.

Create a simple time-reporting system with reporting. 1. Basic Settings Simple admin with -User management. Set username, Full name, email and password.. -Cost groups, Group A ->400 SEK per hour, Group B ->600 SEK per hour etc. -Tasks defining tasks. Simple form with name of task and which cost group. (Example "Cleaning"= "Group A" = 400 sek per hour doing cleaning. -Other costs Mile-costs, Fixed travel cost. 2. Adding time reports. User log in First a time report sheet based on the following form: [login to view URL] -The first drop-down (employer) should be aggregated from external a json-list. -Second dropdown "Välj Uppgift" should be aggregated from database table (Tasks). -At the "Övrigt" section --Antal mil = How many 10 km [login to view URL] only be entered if "Resa utanför Stockholm" is selected. In report it should be multiplied with the predifined miles-cost in admin. --Resa stockholm "Travel inside of stockholm" = Predefined fixed price. --Lastly "Utlägg" = expense report. If checked the upload file part should be shown and you should be able to upload a scanned recept. 3. Reporting All data should be presented using a editable grid solutions for easy editing/updating. [login to view URL] All reports should be able to be filtered by pre-defined timespan (from date -> to date), or quicklinks "This month", "last month", "This week" and "last week" Reports needed will be: All work done for defined time-span per employer (One grid per employer with summation below each grid, Time spent: Group A-tasks, Cost Group A-task, Time Spent Group B-task etc) All work done for defined time-span per employee (One grid per employee with summation below each grid, Total time reported, Time spent: Group A-tasks, Cost Group A-task, Time Spent Group B-task etc) Best Regards, Stefan
