Create a new Gravity Form field based on Radio Buttons field template

Use the standard field in Gravity Forms called Radio Buttons (see here [login to view URL]) as the template to create a new field named Choice Buttons which can produce results like this on a form [login to view URL] The main additional customisable options: - Dropdown menu here [login to view URL] to select whether to show use radio buttons [login to view URL] or Choice Buttons [login to view URL] (Choice Buttons will be default selection when field is added to a form) - 2 Buttons below that to open a colour pickers - one for Choice Button when unselected and one when selected - 3 Checkboxes below that to add Bold, Italic and Underlining to the text in the Choice Button when it's selected *Info Box* - At (1) in this image [login to view URL] there should be a plain circle button, which represents 'None' (use the same design as what's used for + and -). When the circle is clicked once, a tick mark should appear in it - this represents 'Correct'. When the tick mark is clicked once, a cross should appear in it - this represents 'Incorrect'. - When Correct or Incorrect is chosen, a text entry box (the same size as where it says 'First Choice') should appear directly below. The text entered here will display in an 'Info Box' when the Choice Button has been selected in the form. The text should be automatically bold. - In the Gravity Form if the 'Correct' Choice Button is chosen a green tick will also display in the Info Box, if Incorrect then it'll be a red cross. The text should be the same colour as the tick/cross, and the background colour should be a lighter shade. - If an Incorrect choice is chosen, then the form is also unable to be submitted. An 'Incorrect'-style box should appear above the Submit button, and disappear when no Incorrect choice buttons are selected. The text which displays on this should be customisable with a text entry box here [login to view URL] Note: This additional field customisation should be a separate plugin to Gravity Forms in order to allow us to still update Gravity Forms.
