hello this is my sollution from me, you need a aplication database. i will make your a program that has data vendor. with a interface like a form , in the form, there are dropdownbox for vendor, dropdown box address and a button. so when you pressed button your PO will display and then you can print it out PO from that display ... how is my sollution ? if you agree with my sollution , please send me example data format vendor and address that you have 1 or 2 data.
