Looking to build from scratch a Twilio like or Magic SMS API to be able to send SMS messages, and photos/video, and a buy now button for customers for a concierge service. The customer will text send SMS message to a phone number with a request, then a conciege will respond and also charge customer credit card through the SMS text. Please have experience on building this type of API before bidding and examples of your work.
