Create a Wordpress Plugin that allows SMS messages to be sent when a contact form is filled out.

My name is David Irving and I've been a professional programmer for over 18 years (with a BS in Computer Science with a focus in Programming) and I have been working as technical lead for a PHP-based company for over ten years. As you can see, I have an excellent reputation on not only this site but also on Elance ([login to view URL]). The only question I would have prior to accepting the job would be to know the volume of expected SMS messages a day. I know of a few very good API's that allow free SMS sending up to a certain number a day. As far as integration in to your site goes, I won't have a problem as I've very well versed in working in Wordpress.
