Create Wordpress Plugin

I need a freelancer to create a simple wordpress plugin for me which would just run on the admin (backend). The idea behind the plugin is to try and automate the process of inputting a custom post type. The concept I have is that currently I write blog posts which contain multiple images (within a NextGen Gallery). I have a featured image set, and I schedule these posts and once the post becomes published NextScripts posts the image to various image sites (e.g. 500px, Instagram, Flickr, Facebook). This works well, but I want to be able to post other images which are also within that blog post to the social networks on a schedule as well, and it would appear that a Custom post type (of an image) would be the best way to do that. Currently I have a custom post type called Images, in which I enter a Title, an Excerpt, Category, Tags and a featured Image. I use NextScripts to then post this custom post type on a schedule which links to another post URL (e.g. the original blog post). I have to manually enter this, but I would prefer to be able to bulk enter these through a plugin and have the plugin make the various database entries. The Idea was to have a plugin which has the following fields Image Title Image Excerpt Image URL Image Category (always Images) Image Tags Post URL The plugin would display a table which would let you enter many different images with the above format, and would take care of adding to the respective databases, so it would generate the custom post database entry, it would set the featured image entry in the database (and I guess the attachment link), it would also add the custom metadata post type for NextScripts (which is snap_MYURL) This is just a personal project, does not need to be polished but does need to work :).
