Create a Mobile Website

I have a website created on Magento that can be found at exhibeportable.com. I am working on making the site more mobile friendly and want to redesign some of the pages for mobile. Also need someone who is skilled enough to be able to change the design look of the sort and filter functions on mobile design. I was told this wasn't possible by one of the coders i have used so i would like to verify this with experts in mobile web design. Job would consist of changing out a couple of headers for mobile version and the design change of the sort function that can be found on the mobile version of [login to view URL] Let me know if you have any questions.
