Crawl the internet and find advertised jobs

I have a form which a user completes with the following fields, job title, industry, location, ( location is a multi select box, so the user can choose multiple locations) and finally salary range. Once the form is completed all of the information is stored in a mysql database along side the users username and password. In a second database i have a list of urls to lots of different job boards. What i am looking for is for somebody to write a spider that collects all of the data from the MYSQL database containing the form data, it will then take the list of URLs from the job board database and crawl each of them looking for matches to the information which has been submitted from the form. Once a match is found it is entered in to a third database alongside the users username.
