Basic Parallax scrolls to About Us and Contact Us. Only VERY neat, commented code (proper English) and to be responsive on all devices. I am a web designer myself, so will be checking the quality of your code, so only very good code please. Small budget, needs to be done within 7 days. NO timewasters please - if you do a good job you will be paid straight away. If you mess me around with excuses, you will not be paid.
