Convert HTML into Excel

This project requires the successful bidder to convert the attached html files to a csv format. It is preferable that the bidder has some experience with WordPress as the csv file of data will be used to bulk import posts to a WordPress site.
The excel file will need to have 3 columns
1. Date - the date can be extracted from the name of each html document OR from within the text body of the html file. Date should be in dd/mm/yyyy format
2. Title - within the HTML files the bidder will need to open the file, view the content and extract the header and place this into the CSV as plain-text (with no html mark-up)
3. Content - for each row, the 3rd column cell will need to contain all the body of the news item. This data will need to retain the html mark-up.
Attached is the folder of HTML files and an example file of how the project deliverable is expected.
