Création d'un espace client sécurisé par un accès par code client (mail + login) et dédié à la gestion d'une base de documents à indexer au compte client (et sous-catégorie avec nom de chantier) associé et administrable par une plate-forme de gestion. Intégration des liens vers cet espace dans le site vitrine DUVAL COUVERTURE. Cet outil est dédié au téléchargement (factures, attestations…) ou la visualisation de documents (factures, attestations…) ainsi que l’avancement chantier (photos… rapport chantier – type article ou post) et par chantier la liste d'intervenants (descriptif CV/fonction/qualification et photo par ouvrier). Création des bases de données clients, ouvriers, chantiers et documents et configuration MySQL et PHP. Formation à me faire par tél ou en tuto. Les documents seront up-loadés par l'administrateur avec avertissement au client par mail de la disponibilité de la facture à imprimer. Le client aura la possibilité de visualiser, enregistrer et imprimer ses documents. Avec trois niveaux de sécurité et d'accès pour chaque document ou article (photo, PDF…) : administrateur principal (tout), particuliers (seulement leur chantier et leur doc.), niveau intermédiaire pour partenaires. L’idée c’est que le client du couvreur puisse voir un rapport régulier sur l’avancement des chantiers (parfois plusieurs par clients) avec photos (type post) et télécharger ses factures ou doc.
