I have a data table with HTML that has been entered.

The HTML needs to be cleaned with the following attributes:

Span Tags Removed

<h1> to <h3>

Font Tags Removed

If <div> is used for content replace this with <p> tags

It is expected that this work will be programmatically as there are 2500 data points and I do not want to pay for someone to manually edit the HTML

I will give the data as an SQL file and expect the same structure SQL file back
