Process: Book a car service online, Web based car users appointment booking system. The booking system will have easy admin panels where we can manage bookings. The customer will be able to book an appointment for his car at a specific time and date. After entering the booking details, the servicing team will immediately get sms and email. When the booking is done the servicing team will go & pick up car, after that team will give estimation depending on the problems checked. After estimation customer details will also be entered into the system and the interaction of the customer will be recorded. Requirement: Website with following features: 1. User Registration ( Personal and vehicle details and single owner may have multiple cars) 2. Car users appointment booking page (Booking of vehicle for servicing or Repair) 3. Customer accepts the proposal page 4. Job card Details ( Job Card will be created and managed) 5. My Account Invoice with car history [login to view URL] email and sms integration. 7. Invoice Details ( Invoice will be created and managed) When customer accepts the proposal, they need to send online approval. Estimation email facility with merchant payment should also be incorporated in the system
