Hello, I'm PHP developer with more than 15 years experience developing and implementing e-commerce solutions, portals, dashboards and web pages. I have read project description. I can guarantee, I'm able to develop calculator as you described and in time. For your project I suggest to use DB where will be table with all values used for calculation, validity date, "status" (active/not active row) and price. This way you will be able to change calculation only with updating parameters in table. Also will be possible to define more "price lists" for different periods (for example till end of 2015 one price list, from 1.1.2016 new price list - both will be possible to have in the same time in the table). Also is possible to create simple admin interface (form for editing table with all caculation values). To start work on your project I need now only graphic elements or PSD and price formula. Hi, I speak perfect English, am in Canada and can start right away. If you could send the PSDs that would be a big help. I presume the calculator can be in php and running on your server (but then loaded into the client website via an iframe). It will also have access to a little mysql db to grab values from? (that seems a bit overkill here actually, you could just as well edit a little text file of the values if you need to). If you'd like a quick chat to discuss then I'd be happy to do so. Hi I've worked in the past with similar calculators and I can create this calculator in 2-3 days. The design will be as in the pdf you've attached. It will work with mouse and touch events. I will use html5,css3 and javascript (no external libraries needed). The configuration of the calculator could be a simple json or javascript file, which could be edited by you easy later.
