On the top of a database already defined we need to complete the development of a portal application written using CakePHP. There are in total 15 table to access in CRUD and 4 custom pages for specific master details tables and functions. A first version of the application is already written but we want to use nicer graphics and nicer controls (using AngularJs and CakePHP). The portal is a back office tool serving 1-10 concurrent clients.
