CMS Project (task #1)

Greetings: I am at the beginning stages of developing this piece of software, and I have set things up in a rough draft format. I will require your services throughout this entire project, but I need to know that you can follow instruction well, so this project is a test. You also need a keen attention to detail, and be patient with this entire process. Also, VERY strong english is required please. Here is my working URL right now: [login to view URL]~nodoma7/ Here is the template I'm working from (for reference): [login to view URL] This system will be used for a call center to receive incoming calls (new customers), send the new calls (leads) out to sales agents, and the sales agents will then book appointments with new customers, visit their jobsite, and quote them on their work (via email pdf). All of this needs to be done from this site. This will be an extensive project overall, but we will begin with the first step for now. First Task: 1) Please setup a secure database on my FTP (SQL/whatever is most secure) 2) Once that is complete, integrate that database into my working URL. 3) Start with the page "Calls -> Add New Calls". Make it so I can enter the customers information in the text boxes, and it will save it into the database. Additional Tasks: - Information Completeness (this should track how much information has been gathered in the form and it should compute a % in this area) A) Job Tags (the admin should be able to click on the applicable job type(s) for this particular lead. These blue tags, when clicked, should go into another box of job tags that clearly show the admin what job tags are applicable to this call). When I click on 'crack repair', it should slide into another box that locks its selection into place. B) How Eager of Customer (If customer on the phone wants job done ASAP, Eagerness should be 5/5 stars. If customer is hesitant, eagerness is 1/5 stars. The database should record these numbers for later retrieval) C) Was Job Quoted Over Phone (if this box is checked, the admin should be able to enter an amount within that textbox that is also saved into database for later retrieval) D) Attached Images (this will allow the admin to attach multiple images from their computer to this record.) E) Send New Call To (the admin should be able to select what salesman to send this lead to. when the admin clicks on a name, that name should go into another box that *clearly* shows who this lead is going to be sent to. the admin can select multiple salesmen if they wish). this effect should be exactly the same as the 'A' (job tags) task. F) Submit button (this will open up a 'modal' button. i will fill in the text later on, but this modal button has to *CONFIRM* admin will be adding this entry into the database. replace 'save changes' with 'add new client', and 'close' should close the modal window) G) Once the information is added, and the modal button is clicked and 'add new client' is selected, a green status window should appear below that tells the admin 'success: new client has been added' to let admin know that everything went smoothly. H) If client is already detected in database (by name/address/phone number), the orange window should appear that says 'client already found in database' I) Also, please clean up the way this form looks so its looks more stylish.
