Bulk scrap and download photos and photo data

We want to scrap and get photos and photo description from set of users. You will be doing both preparing script and scrapping images and data for us and when finished giving us either ftp access, or uploading files to our ftp. We want two files. A data dump of photo info in text format. And the images original saved in folder. We want files and data dump to be saved per username.
