Build a google spreadsheets function that forces a cell to reimport remote data ever 5 minutes

I have a google spreadsheets + import script on some data I host externally Currently, the script is a custom function that just imports =demotest(data); What i need to do is add to the script editor, a way to force a refresh on that cell every couple of minutes or any time fragment. Thanks
