Build a Website and Blackberry application

I am looking for a developer who can develop from scratch a reasonably simple ordering system for a Cafe that sells Coffees, Pies, and 3 or 4 sweet foods. The idea is that the items are entered in the back-end and are assigned a price, then a "pre-entered" list of users can log into the front end and order those items. It will be closed registration so the front-end users will be pre-loaded. In the cafe, there will be a screen with live updates so that the orders can be made as the items come in. Functionality needs to be included to mark orders as "Complete" Up the top of that screen there needs to be, a "Total orders for the day" so the staff can see their total orders. Beside each order needs to be the Name of the use3r who has place the order. Due to the client base only owning Blackberry phones, there will be an app in this system that reflects the functionality of the front end of the website. Because the Cafe is only open @ specific times during the week, the back end would have to have a time function on it so access to the front-end, and the blackberry app, could be turned off when the Cafe was not open. Important to note, this system does NOT require credit card capabilities, it is for orders only. Potentially we would want it to integrate with our chosen POS Software, Vend, that has a very good API, but for now this is not necessary. I have set the price at $5 dollars because you will know the complexity of the project and you can make a bid at whatever you think is a reasonable price. I look forward to seeing submissions.
