Hey, I'm looking for a webmaster that: 1- know and understand what is "League of Legends". 2- know what is "EloBoosting". if you don't know please save your time. my site requirement: 1- a website that can receive orders from clients OR take orders from qualify users. 2- orders are going to be involved with money / PayPal so I need you to know how to use it, how to take the money and distribute it with %. 3- multiple pages for example: *create order *customer tracking page *boosters pick up orders page *payment page etc ( will elaborate more in private). 4- as I mention, I need a "customer tracking page" which means that you need to work with API as well. 5- a basic website design. 6- users groups (will elaborate about this as well). 7- and the most important one is confidentiality. I don't want my users / boosters names or passwords to get leaked. +if you do a good job ill take you for more jobs that I need.
