I need a website developed. I tried to do this myself but I do not have the time to complete it. I need this project completed by Nov. 13 so instead of building everything myself I received permissions from 3rd party sites who already have the data. They agreed to share their API's with me and all I need to do is plug it in. That's what I need help with. I need API's for 3-4 sections of my website integrated with my design and the 3rd party's data. Simple enough?

A PHP developer should be able to develop good programming logic to ensure the developed software functions properly. Once the code is developed, he is also supposed to test to track bugs within it.
