I have just paid for a name and host for a wordpress site. I have just installed wordpress 4.7.3 about 5 minutes ago, which is working. I would like to have gtranslate, the free version installed, which can be downloaded from [login to view URL], instructions at [login to view URL], as well as a commercial theme from D5Creations, and advertised by wordpress.org.
