I need a website for renting houses around the world. the users (who can sign in to the website) can choose the city, dates, number of rooms, price range, see the house on the map and choose several filters (pool, fireplace etc). the users will have the option to pay with Paypal or creditcard (this part can be outsourse to another company that deals with money transfers). the home owners need to have the option to upload photos, write about the house, choose the filters, add the address to the map and sync the dates with gmail/others calender
