Build an Online clinic system

I want to develop the system using php and MySql which has the following :
secure login and registration
managing the account
add a caleander showing the availability of a doctor or nures
booking appointment
patients can order and pay the perscription using a secure payment methods and can connect to 3rd party to do the payment
securing the system by using security protocols and enchryption ways
allows doctors to add the avilability on the system and block them
use alert messages and emails as reminders
connect to google maps to show directions
life tracking of perssecrtiption until the patient resevies it
and other regular commponent of clincis websites
I need the develoverl to explains each line of the code for me like every week he/she delever part of the project and setup a skype meeting to explain the cood.
