The website, Govern IT, is a fault reporting system where you report faults to your local government council (ward councillor), such as potholes, unkept parks, broken street lights etc. Once a fault is reported, you can then monitor the fault status, which can be changed by the admin of the site. I have already created the design for the webstite, as well as the SQL server database. All that needs to be done is connecting the database to the website, as well as coding the back end functionality. This is a university project, so the scope is not that big. The website must have the following features: - Registration/Log in using Email, Username and Password. There should be an admin log in too. -Editing your profile information once registered. -Submitting/reporting a fault. Google Maps functionality should be added where you can click on a location where the fault occurred. Each submitted fault should have a unique FaultID (Reference Number) -Editing your own reported faults. Admin rights allow for him to edit the Fault Status -Viewing your own faults in a GridView -Viewing other faults in the city based on search criteria in a GridView (i.e search functionality) -A FormView showing your ward councillor's information based on which ward you selected when you registered. -A GridView showing a list of all the ward councillors in the city The website .sln file is attached in test.rar. The project must be done by 1 October LATEST.

It was baasically support ticketing system for logging the faults, generate the fault id, refer to the respective department, update the status of the fault so on so forth.
