We need the following :- When user click on our website with Browser JavaScript Disabled Redirect User to a specific link Block User IP for 2 hours This should be done instantly without waiting the page to load. We do not want nothing from the page to be loaded if JavaScript is disabled. Currently we are using this simple code but it will block user only when page loads and of course this won't block user ip. <noscript><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=[login to view URL]"></noscript>

Здравствуйте, то что вы просите сделать не возможно, так как что бы получить информацию о пользователе нужно сначала попасть к пользователю, условие того что ничего не должно загружатся к пользователю предполагаем проверку на стороне сервера, но на сервер такая информация просто не передаётся Могу предположить вариант с преварительной загрузкой тестовой страницы перед тем как грузить основную, всё зависит от того чего именно вы хотите добится в итоге С Уважением, Денис

Hello, Let me help you do this job. I will use session to generate random key with ip. Use a ajax to send request after page loaded. If client not use js, server will check that session on second request and block client by ip. Best regards

Sir, I can create this script for you but for this we will need one database too in which we will keep the IP address of the user (To block particular user for certain time). To add the database to your site we will need MYSQL support (Hope you have it in your webhosting). Regards.

This can work. One approach to do this is create a php script that blocks the ip. You need to call that function on every page in your site, this function basically will check the user ip, if is blacklisted return you a 403 page. There is another entrypoint that will register the user as blacklisted. noscript.php.
