Avatar Software for our ViciDial Predictive Dialer. Software will be loaded with pre-recorded recordings for our call center agents which will be connected with our in-house ViciDialNow When a live call is connected with an agent, agent will work with the pre-recorded recordings and use the recordings as their sales pitch, rebuttals, closing the call etc. If needed agent can bring in a live supervisor in the call as well.
