Arduino Uno code modification

I want to connect an arduino uno to an linear actuator. This is the link for the tutorial i followed: [login to view URL] I have the exact same circuit configuration except i am using a windy nation 8in stroke linear actuator and a 12V 7Ah battery Here is the Arduino code i used (it was provided in the tutorial). Please note that the pins don't match the tutorial, instead of using pins 3,4 and 5 it uses pins 2,3 and 4 where 3 is for the PWM So when i connect everything i get the same blinking lights that the tutorial has but for some reason there is no power transferred to the Linear actuator. Can someone tell me whats wrong
