Add validation and mandatory field check to php/mysql form

AJAX is the best way to check if the user name already exist, before exit of the field. We can use javascript to check if all fields has valid data before form's post. If the user has JS deactivated and to avoid sql inyection, the PHP page to insert data in database, do a validation, checking each field and checking captcha value.
