Add profile processing upload fields in wordpress

I need is simple; 1. user can upload files that we specify then admin can download and update status to pending(default)/processing/rejected (with/without reason) with date. if rejected then user only can remove uploaded files and reupload new file and wait for admin approval. 2. user can change their uploaded files in their profile page 3. add into registration page P/S: - lower bid, high rank and fast deliver get the job - make it in plugin or child theme (as long as future wordpress and plugins all upgradable and will no effect to this modify) - make sure you fully understand what i want. - delay or not complete will not get a single cent $. - wordpress, installed theme and other plugins must update able in the future. - not to mess up my previous work (please do backup before you start work, backup must process in my server) - cannot leak out anything, cannot copy any data for your self or to anyone else & direct contact client.
