Add Products to Whmcs template as i cant get customers to them.

i have a theme called hostbox-colourfull and for some reason it is missing the products from the front page, however on the theme image they are clearly there so i am guessing the maker has messed up and i really cant wait about for the guy to fix it. i want mine to look like this image. ok as you can see in these images one is how i want mine and the other small one is of the space where the products should be and i do not no why or how to fix but i am told by someone that it would take ten mins to fix but to be honest i do not trust this certain person.
