Add a PHP JavaScript popup delay script to Woocommerce Splash Popup plugin.

I need some one who can quickly add an option to enter an amount of time (seconds) before the splash popup is displayed. At this time the plugin immediately displays the pop up with no way to set a delay before being shown. This is only a $29 plugin so please price accordingly. I will need to know exactly which lines of code were changed and what code was added so I can update after any plugin updates.
