Music Tuition Website With Automated Functionality

We require a team who can produce a music tuition website service with all the pages having the functionality which we have outlined in the attached document 'TMT web development project'. We will need an extensive admin area built as we have shown there from which we must be able to control many aspects of the site such as automated e-mails sent, controlling tariffs for tutors in different locations, and changing the values of an algorithm which we have designed to match students with tutors. Many potential events and corresponding eventualities will occur throughout this website as you can see in the pages attached. We will need to extensively check and ensure that all are working once they have been made. We will provide the standard html/css design for such aspects of the site as the form pages, the generic text formats, the logos, background and structure of the pages, and from the examples given we require the rest of the website to be built in a style which matches an appropriate example page which we have sent you. There may be minor changes such as a variable we have forgotten on a given page or an email which must be generated on another, and we expect to have some flexibility to decide with your team how we will manage all the different eventualities which the site must be able to deal with. We must also retain some flexibility to manipulate html/css content once your job has been completed.
