migrate website w/email & blog

i own a website currently hosted by Yahoo!. since they charge so darned much, i need to migrate my site off to a less expensive hosting service of my choosing (like InMotion or similar). site is a small site, not updated often: - home page, w/embedded blog journal & calendar - about page & press page, both static text - list of works, static text - list of images w/rollover - calendar page the wordpress blog was customized to be embedded in my site; i'd like to upgrade the blog to work with later versions of wordpress if possible. finally, my email is connected and viewable within yahoo's interface. if there's any way to migrate that over to the new platform, that would be ideal.
