We are a service business that is constantly selling to new people everyday.
? To be able to give our customers a quotation or estimate to do the work for them, we need to gather a great deal of information from them. name phone number email address etc. Nothing but single lines of info.
Traditionally we have been asking for the information over the phone, or by e-mail. However, we then must take the information and populate it into various forms that we created ( many using excel) . We then drag these pages we've created into a folder for retrieval at a later date.
What we would like, is the ability to send the customer a link to our web site, that allows the customer to view a page where they enter information that populates required fields. This would get sent back to us automatically where it populates the fields we require in our excel file.
We use MAC computers, but We use Excel.

Our website already exists. You can work with our we designer to get everything working.
I assume it will only be one single online form they need to fill out, which then populates an excel form wen sent to us.
