Logo Needed

I need a logo created for my new company. I have an idea and a graphic on what the icon should look like and can provide that to the winning bidder. I have enclosed a set of logos that I like and the designer should be able to create similar items to this. **Logo Specs: ** * Full color is OK. If just 2 or 3 colors looks great, that’s OK too. * The logo will be used on Web, and in print materials, such as brochures, biz cards, letterhead, envelopes, magazine ads, etc. * Also may be printed on big posters, conference booths, etc. * Logo should have a form that could look good on a t-shirt embroidery * Logo should look good in a large size, as well as a small size (as on a website, or smaller) **What I need from the illustrator/designer:** * At least 5 initial logo concepts based on my concept that I provide * Unlimited design revisions. * I retain full rights to logo/design. You can not sell this illustration to anyone else, or list it publically on any websites. * EPS format of logo (this way it should resize pefectly at any size) * When showing me the proofs, just convert image to JPEG (place watermark on image if you have any concerns) * Provide all photoshop, illustrator, or original files for illustration * 100% gurantee ??" meaning, if I don’t like your designs, that I’ll have right to cancel project and pay no funds. I anticipate that I can determine from your initial logo concepts to go forward or cancel at that point. * Completed within 10 days, with initial logo concepts within first 3 days, and revisions within 1 day. In your bid, please provide links to samples of your work. This is very important in deciding the designer. This job would be ideal for someone with experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, logo designer, etc. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Project to be completed within 10 days, and following milestones must be met: a) 5 initial logo concepts must be completed within first 3 days and provided to buyer for review (designer can place watermark on image to ensure safety) b) each revision provided by me must be completed within 1 day 2) If dates and milestones are not met accordingly, I have the right, and probably will, cancel the project. 3) Deliverables must delivered in EPS format, Photoshop or Illustrator or other source files, and a JPEG file for the website. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform mac or windows
