Linkage Script

**Looking for a script that can manage links and can be changed and updated effortless. The example of this specific script can be found at** [**[login to view URL]**][1]**. ** - Ability to have catagories, sub-catagories - Each link encountering a popup window leaving the main page in the bacground - Popup window includes manageable banners or text links - Script can be installed very easily on any server or host I choose - Ability to greet each IP address with the state, example: "Live cams from IP ADDRESS STATE" or whatever I designate to say. **I believe that this site has separate categories that pool and randomly select a link in the list of links. Tell me what you think.** **Any coder or development team that can make this script more useful with an added price I am open to this as well. I need a well built stable script, and design can be negotiated as part of the project or not. Please send me samples of your work, and any prior design templates if it applies. ** **Thanks for your interest.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This script should be able to run on a linux server.
