This is a two hours project.I am looking for somebody who already used and can integrate MaxMind miniFraud on my PHP shopping page before the submission to the merchant gateway.

Based on the Maxmind report ,if the inputs are not correct ,the transaction shouldn't be submited to the merchant [url removed, login to view] should act like a filter.
