We are Prince Visa Service and assist travellers with their tourist/business visa requirements to various destinations. The Indian embassy requires us to complete and electronic form for each person at the website <[login to view URL]> We need ideas as well as solutions as to automate this procedure. Creative thinkers should only bid as there is a level of brainstorming required. Maybe we could devise a way whereby all the passport info is inputted onto a excel sheet and is then parsed through to the website to get the electronic web reference number. We were also thinking od purchasing a passport reader which would store the passport details to an application and if you the coder could devise something to parse the information to the website and generate a reference number - then thats all we need. Once the web referene is genreated - the site creates a PDF application form which will either need to be attached to the applicants record or downloaded and stored in a specific location. Please view the 2 products or recommend any other that you can work with. All these products seem to have SDK kits and hence that should allow us to manipulate the data. Concept should be: Application given to us We scan passport details to a desktop application We manually fill in items such as address We press button to parse information to website Web reference is automatically updated on desktop application and PDF is downloaded and attached to applicant record.
