MS Access 2002 to ASP.NET Conversion

I have an Access 2002 project with about 5 forms and about 2 tables that I need to convert to ASP.NET. There will be about 2 crystal reports that need to be created. There is a couple of reports that are invoices or billing summaries. I have a partial ASP.NET project for Visual Studio 2005 that has 75% of the functionality already in. There is a financial section used for blling that needs to be finished. The project was developed in Ironspeed designer but you don't have to use any of these files if you prefer to start from scratch on the billing section. The original project was developed in Foxpro DOS and then converted to Access and now must be made into a Visual Studio 2005 compatible project. The Access database is attached. There are some unused forms, tables, and queries in the project so the only ones that need to be used are the ones that make the running forms work in the billing section only and one form that handles refunds that is in the there. Also keep in mind that I do not want it to look exactly like the Access project. I have a suggested theme (screenshot attached) in mind that is part of Visual Studio 2005 project mentioned. I will supply all files needed. The billing section can be treated separately but must use the same Access database and must look similar to the rest of the project (does not have to be exact). The database will still be Access and i have a standalone version of the database that will be used with the forms removed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows OS, Visual Studio 2005, ASP.NET C# or VB
