it must be:-
- XHTML/CSS Valid code
- Widgetized sidebars for full customization
- Completely SEO Optimized, for great Search Engine Rankings
- Widget ready
- Cross browser tested (Internet Explorer 6-7,8, FireFox, chrome)
- SEO optimized
- Install any relevant plugins as required.
Once you have created the theme, you will need to add 10-12 pages of content and format each page so it is appealing and attracting and professional looking.
Once completed transfer to live site..
